Frequently asked questions

▸How do payments work?

Applications use manual bank transfer in v1. For the May 1 Sprint, submit the form, send the booking money to the BRAC Bank account shown on the thank-you page, then email the transfer screenshot. WhatsApp appears only after an operator number is configured.

▸What if I miss a live session?

Every live session is recorded and posted in your cohort dashboard within 24 hours. Homework deadlines stay on the cohort schedule.

▸Do I get a certificate?

Yes — on completion, you get a certificate with a unique serial. Capstone delivery is the gating criterion.

▸Is the program in English or Arabic?

Bilingual. Materials, prompts, and feedback are available in both. The Communication program runs in both; the AI Bootcamp content uses English (the technical lingua franca) but you can ask, submit, and get feedback in Arabic.

▸Can my employer pay?

Yes. We issue a VAT-compliant Saudi invoice on request — email hello@gccp.global after reserving your seat.

▸What if I drop out?

Pro-rata refund up to the start of the cohort. Once lessons unlock we don't refund — but we'll roll your seat into the next cohort if you ask.
